Job Description

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records, and requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries

• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner

• Support the month-end close process

• Prepare financial reports as needed

• Assist with financial audits and compliance

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and time management abilities
