Bookings Team Leader
Permanent, Full Time (Including Weekends)
Woodstock, Cape Town
Salary: R28 000
Working Hours: Shifts between 06:00 – 00:00, Monday to Sunday (rotation basis)

We’re looking for a Bookings Team Leader to lead a team of Bookings Partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong performance across healthcare bookings.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of Bookings Partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient bookings service

  • Drive performance to improve fill rates and overall service delivery

  • Ensure a seamless experience for healthcare workers and clients, with customer experience at the centre of everything the team does

  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and booking activity, taking proactive action where needed

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Support, to ensure strong collaboration and service delivery

  • Oversee bookings processes and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and service quality

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience leading or supervising a team in a call centre, customer service, or operations environment

  • Strong people management and coaching skills

  • Experience working with KPIs, performance targets, and service metrics

  • Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
