About Shore360:

• Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.

• The Bookings Coordinator will support the team by coordinating annual smoke alarm testing appointments with customers. The role involves making outbound calls, arranging convenient schedules for technicians, managing bookings efficiently, and building strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords while meeting individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
• Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
• Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
• Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
• Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
• Tech-savvy skills
• A Successful Candidate must have
• Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to do multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Work Set-up

• Clark Office-Based
• Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 3:00PM
