Call customers to arrange the annual test of client products
Negotiate a mutually convenient time for the technician to attend properties
Create schedules for technicians to ensure their allotted time is maximized
Meet individual and team targets including calls per day and appointments booked
Build rapport with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords
Required Experience
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
Tech-savvy skills
A Successful Candidate must have
Ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to do multiple tasks
