Booking Consultant

ICG Medical is looking for a driven and customer-focused Booking Consultant to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll build strong client relationships, understand staffing needs and play a key part in booking healthcare professionals into shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Make daily calls to clients and candidates to secure bookings
• Identify new opportunities and support the growth of your region
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries quickly
• Work closely with Recruitment, Compliance and Finance teams
• Track booked hours, calls and KPIs to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven and results-focused approach
• Confidence speaking with international clients
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Someone who is proactive, resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
