Respond, research and guide customers through the online booking process.
Provide customers with detailed information about our services in order to answer possible questions and create future bookings.
Communicate customers' feedback and suggestions to other departments in order to make continuous improvements.
Maintain a consistent and positive system of communication with both landlords and tenants to encourage open discussion.
High Spanish & English level. German, French, Portuguese, or Italian would be a big plus
Have both a sales and customer service mindset to provide the best possible service to our customers - both tenants and landlords!
Be flexible to work some weekends (around once every 4 weeks).
A high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
A proven track record of achieving/exceeding individual targets consistently in a commercial environment.
Positive and decisive language when speaking to customers. The ability to understand customer needs and make the selection of a property a personal and tailored experience.
Effectively and efficiently manage time multi-tasking skills in order to close bookings faster.
Open minded and well-traveled person with an international perspective as you will be talking with hundreds of people from all over the world everyday.
