The Booking & Events Coordinator is required to be adept at administrative tasks while drawing on strong interpersonal and customer service skills in order to maximize the usage of the entire venue. The successful candidate will be expected to be the hands-on coordinator for all the events and will actively pursue potential new users for the facility. The position will need to understand the complexities of a multi-use sport and entertainment venue and oversee a part-time team of seasonal employees.
Types of events include concerts, trade shows, religious functions, athletic competitions, tournaments, league play, and cultural festivals each ranging in size from 500 to 35,000 participants.
This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00 CAD
