As our Booking Coordinator & Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the operation, helping create unforgettable experiences for schools, families, community groups, and special event guests. From coordinating reservations and supporting special events to assisting with office administration and team member programs, you'll play a key role in ensuring every day is a success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and loves delivering exceptional service both behind the scenes and face-to-face.
You'll be the primary coordinator for group visits and special experiences, helping guests from their initial inquiry through the completion of their visit.

âś… Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, hospitality, sales coordination, or office support experience
