About the Opportunity

We're looking for a full time Booking Centre Agent to join our friendly team at Apex Radiology in O'Connor.

As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and referrers-playing an essential role in creating a smooth and supportive patient experience. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of booking slots
  • Providing patients with clear information on scan preparation, costs, and concession eligibility
  • Processing patient referrals and coordinating with internal clinical teams
  • Working closely with radiologists, technicians, and admin colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintaining accuracy in patient data entry and handling confidential information with care

What We're Looking For 💪

  • A strong 'patient-first' approach with excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communicator who is calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused
  • High level of attention to detail, especially in administrative and data entry tasks
  • Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and booking systems
  • Experience in a medical or allied health administration setting (radiology experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
