Job description

As part of our growth strategy to become a leading inbound travel company for the Western markets, we

are looking for a dedicated and proactive Booking Agent – Activities to join Japan Experience in Japan.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing reservations and coordinating bookings for activities across Japan.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring smooth
• communication and long-term partnerships.
• Handling booking requests, confirmations, modifications, and operational inquiries while
• coordinating closely with the Sales and Product team.
• Resolving booking issues and last-minute changes to ensure an excellent experience for both
• customers and suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate booking records and assisting with invoices and general administrative
• tasks.

Who are you?

Your profile:

• Eligible to work in Japan.
• Currently living in Tokyo.
• Proficient in using computers and standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, booking systems).
• Experience in the tourism industry or supplier coordination is a plus.

Minimum language requirements:

• English: Business level
• Japanese: Business level (N2 or higher)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm and solution-oriented when handling unexpected situations.
