Jim Click Hyundai East is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Booker/Flagger to support our high‑volume Service Department. This role is ideal for an organized automotive professional who thrives behind the scenes ensuring repair orders are completed, flagged, and processed accurately.

Booker / Flagger Job Responsibilities
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Flag technician labor hours accurately and timely according to dealership policies
- Ensure correct operation codes, labor times, and pricing are applied
- Verify warranty and customer pay lines prior to submission or billing
- Work closely with service advisors and managers to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Support end‑of‑day and end‑of‑month service department processes
- Maintain organized and accurate service records

QualificationsBooker / Flagger

Qualifications
- Prior dealership booker, flagger, or service administration experience preferred
- Understanding of automotive repair orders, labor times, and warranty processes
- Hyundai dealership experience a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership DMS systems
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene.
