Bond Delivery Coordinator

Compensation: ₱25,000 - ₱45,000 / month

The Bond Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of documents and closed loan files to various bond agencies, servicers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc.
• Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage.
• Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe.
• Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines.
• Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file.
• Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and appropriate investor portals.
• Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in performing loan delivery to various Bond Agencies/investors.
• Knowledge of mortgage and Bond Agency Loan documents and programs.
• Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass and investor websites.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
