Main responsabilities
-Implement the following data in the systems: M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling, Purchasing File
-Ensure the consistency of those data between the different systems.
-Manage the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems.
-Organize meeting about the MoB with the parties concerned (Sourcing, Quality, Methods, etc.)
-Follow-up BOM evolution throughout project life cycle
-Cross-check BOM against other deliverables (Boards, FI, Plugmap, etc.) before integration into ERP.
-Set-up effectivity for application of the changes.
-Ensure accuracy of P-BoMs. Perform audits.-Interface with customer on BOM
-Participate in QRQC & PDCA meetings.
-Participate in work groups (Continuous improvement, NCE processing, etc.).
-Create and estrablish Routing for products.
-Ensure the correct Allocation of component and data correspendancy related to BOM & Routings
-Weekly and Monthly audits of Accuracy of settings in the system.
Educational Requirements
- Master Degree in Industrial engineering
- Fluent English & French
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Manufacturing Engineering background with 3 years’ experience preferably in the railway services.
- Basic knowledge of Engineering design and Supply Chain
- Strong Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration management
- Familiar with IS common tools.
