职位描述
1.制定 BOM 管理规范与流程，创建、维护 EBOM/MBOM 及相关物料清单，确保数据准确完整； 2.核对物料信息（规格、型号、用量等），配合研发、采购完成物料选型与替代方案评估； 3.处理 BOM 版本变更，同步更新相关文档，跟踪变更执行情况，保障数据一致性； 4.协同其他部门解决 BOM 相关问题，支撑新品试制与量产落地； 5.整理 BOM 相关数据档案，输出 BOM 分析报告，优化物料管理效率。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2.熟悉 BOM 结构与管理流程，掌握 EBOM/MBOM 转化逻辑，能看懂机械 / 电气图纸； 3.熟练使用 PLM/ERP 系统，具备物料选型基础； 4.具备良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度及沟通协调能力，工作严谨细致； 5.有机器人 BOM 管理或相关岗位经验者优先。
