
Tallangatta Health Service is seeking applications from suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join or Residential Aged Care team on a fixed term contract in the position of the Bolga Court Coordinator.
Supported by the Nurse Manager and Director of Clinical Operations and Nursing, the Bolga Court Coordinator will provide visible clinical leadership within Bolga Court, supporting residents, families and staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is predominantly floor-based and resident-focused, with responsibility for supporting clinical care coordination, staff mentoring, quality improvement activities, outbreak management, family communication and day-to-day operational support within Bolga Court.
