At Boldare, AI isn't a tool we added to our stack. It's the way we think, build, and deliver. Since 2023, our engineers have been working AI-first not because it's trendy, but because it's the only way to do serious work at the speed clients need today.

We're not looking for a frontend developer or a backend developer. We're looking for a Product Engineer someone who can talk to a client, understand the real problem, build the solution, and take ownership of the outcome. All of it. With AI as your second brain.

Salary:

Medior: 10 000 - 16 000 zł PLN/net B2B

Senior: 16 000 - 24 000 zł PLN/net B2B

What you'll actually do

• Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery. No proxy, no PM buffer.
• Build end-to-end solutions across the stack backend-heavy, but you don't say "that's not my job" when the front needs fixing.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions, and anything else that makes you faster and sharper.
• Build AI-powered features and integrations: agents, LLM-based workflows, RAG systems this is where the work is heading.
• Help clients understand what's possible with AI, not just deliver what they asked for.

What we're looking for

Must have:

• Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS we care about engineering thinking, not the specific language
• Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) not "I've tried it," but "I build with it"
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) you've integrated at least one into a real project
• Comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders you can run a technical conversation without someone translating for you
• Full-stack capability you're backend-strong, but you can handle frontend tasks when needed
• English & Polish written and spoken, confidently

Nice to have:

• Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automations
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design, you know that "just ask ChatGPT" is not a strategy
• Consulting or product mindset you've been in rooms where the problem wasn't fully defined yet and you didn't freeze
