Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being familiar with all product offerings.
- Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Be able to learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products through training.
- Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the store manager with social media.

Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in retail.
- Confident and comfortable in dealing with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for running.
- Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Flexible in its availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
