Our cutting-edge laser marking machines ensures accuracy, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, safe, and efficient steel solutions results for our clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking Boilermaker and Welder to join our team, based at Acacia Ridge.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker and MIG Welder (Flux Core Specialist) to join our growing BridgeFAB team based at Acacia Ridge, this is a permanent, full-time position. As a Boilermaker with BridgeFab, your primary tasks will include:

• Cutting, shaping, and tacking steel to specifications, guided by laser-marked precision.
• Fabricating and assembling medium to heavy structural steel components.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure proper alignment and assisting with the final welding process.
• Inspecting the quality of your work to ensure compliance with internal standards, as well as HSE regulations.
• Maintaining a focus on both speed and quality while adhering to safety procedures

About You

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boilermaker / Welder who is committed to high-quality work and adheres to safety standards. We are seeking the following:

• A Certificate III in Fabrication / Boilermaking.
• Experience with MIG and Flux-Cored Arc Welding.
• A focus on quality and HSE compliance in all tasks.
• Drivers licence with reliable transport to commute to our Acacia Ridge workshop daily.
• Additional qualifications such as a Forklift ticket or Cert 10 would be advantageous.
