We are seeking a qualified Boiler Operator / Security Officer to join our team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building utility systems while also performing security-related duties to help maintain a safe and secure facility environment during overnight hours.
The ideal candidate will possess boiler operating experience, applicable certifications, and the ability to monitor critical building systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST

Qualifications
- Operate and monitor boilers, engines, and auxiliary equipment.
- Read gauges, meters, charts, and control systems to track boiler and utility operations.
- Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Adjust valves and controls to regulate water, air, fuel, steam, and pressure levels
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, abnormal conditions, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation.
Security Responsibilities:
- Perform routine security patrols of the facility and surrounding property.
- Monitor building access points and report unauthorized activity.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and unusual incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Document security incidents and complete required reports.
- Communicate effectively with management and emergency personnel when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Ability to work in mechanical rooms and industrial environments.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
