2007900 MAINTENANCE - SMMC HOSPOperate and maintain boiler plant for medical campus. Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building automation system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. Assist the chief in duties regarding HW boilers around campus.
Additionally, may respond to emergency repair requests and carry out additional responsibilities as delegated.

Qualifications:
2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
Class 1B boiler operator or higher with the state of MN.
