Job Description


We are currently seeking to fill the position of
Boiler Operator
. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, technically competent, and proactive in ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the boiler systems.


We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following competencies:


  • A strong understanding of boiler operations, including maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

  • Proven experience in operating furnace oil boilers and high-pressure steam systems.

  • The ability to carry out routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal boiler performance.

  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address system issues.

  • Familiarity with water treatment procedures and chemical dosing relevant to boiler operations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination with other team members and departments.


Requirements


Qualifications and Experience:


  • A Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Operations, or a related technical field.

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining furnace oil-fired industrial boilers.

  • A valid Boiler Operator’s License issued by a recognized regulatory authority is mandatory.

  • Prior experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

  • A solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to boiler operations is essential.
