Job Position
Manage BOI privileges, compliance, promotion certificates, machinery import/export, customs reimbursements, permits, and regulatory coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI Privilege
- Managing BOI Promotion Certificates, including new applications, amendments, efficiency enhancement projects, transfers and project cancellations.
- Oversee BOI related issues include import and export machine and accessory under BOI privileges, administrating EMT system
- Process BOI machinery release permissions to meet import and export shipment delivery timelines
- Prepare and submit required Annual Operating Report and Project Progress Report to BOI as scheduled
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, account and engineer department for request information, report for smooth transactions
- Reimbursement of Customs Duty under BOI Privileges
- Responsible for preparing and submitting documentation to secure the BOI Full Operation Permit.
- Machinery Clearance and Disposal Approval for Machinery Over 5 Years Old
- Ensuring and updating that all company projects are run in compliance with BOI regulation.
- Coordinating with BOI and other parties in related with works or issues.
- Maintaining good relationship with BOI, agency and authorities.
- Other related assignment
- Capable of handling a large volume/portfolio of BOI promotion certificates.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in BOI related
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle complicated tasks with effective solutions when coming up with problems.
- Good interpersonal skills, service mind and maturity to external and internal parties.
- Good attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Communications and negotiation skills.
- Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
