Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Back of House Kitchen Supervisor for the exciting opening of 4 Rivers Smokehouse at Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you're a motivated kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching teams while delivering exceptional food quality, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the Back of House team during daily operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive team environment.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
- Partner with restaurant management to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Jump in and work alongside the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive, high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Airport experience is a plus but not required.
