Im Workshop-Charakter schnupperst du in den Beruf rein, lernst M&M Software kennen und blickst hinter die Kulissen unserer vielfältigen Projekte. Du bist nicht nur Zuschauer:in, sondern darfst aktiv mitdenken, kleine Aufgaben übernehmen und selbst erste Schritte in der Programmierung gehen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Team zusammen und kannst jederzeit Fragen stellen. So bekommst du ein echtes Gefühl dafür, wie der Arbeitsalltag bei uns aussieht und ob das zu dir passt.
