Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic vision and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, ensuring the development and delivery of high-performing, cost-effective, and competitive bogie products that align with Alstom's mission for smarter and greener mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, procurement, tender and costing), lead product roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of programs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating product strategies and roadmaps, as well as ensuring product readiness for tenders and projects, but also fostering collaboration across teams to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
We’ll look to you for:
Representing the RSC Platform on-site and ensuring innovation, development, tendering, launch, and sustainability for assigned technologies and products
Overseeing product portfolio management and ensuring alignment with the RS platform
Leading product roadmap activities, including development, procurement, and industrial strategy
Delivering QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets for programs
Managing product validation and homologation processes to meet market regulations
Driving product competitiveness through continuous improvement and Return of Experience (REX)

Master’s degree in a technical or equivalent field
10+ years of experience in product management
Knowledge of product business and industrial environments
Experience in transversal and/or international leadership roles
Fluency in both English and French

Strong management and organizational skills within a matrix environment
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of the railway industry
