Under general supervision, the Body Shop Technician will perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment. This person must be willing to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicle damage
• Apply mask tape over vehicle parts/windows
• Buff
• Color sand
• Primer
• Bondo
• Spray inner jambs
• Install and adjust new body panels
• Dent repair
• Sealers
• Remove/install windshields
• Light welding
• Prep for paint of automotive vehicles and parts
• Mask paint surfaces
• Sand parts before they are ready for paint
• Mix paint according to company specifications
• Maintain clean and efficient work area
• Mask and protect vehicles that are in surrounding area
• Grind weld smooth for body filler
• Mix welding wire feed
• Spot welding light panels
• Pull dents and dings to metal parts surfaces
• Apply metal glaze and body filler
• Remove and replace body parts to automotive vehicles
• Adjust body doors, hoods, trunks, and fenders to factory specs
• Remove and replace windshield and glass to automotive vehicles
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions Required
