Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per flat rate hour
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

The Body Shop Technician role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands OEM repair standards, and wants to work in a professional, well-equipped dealership environment.
You’ll be responsible for repairing vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition while maintaining Ford quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaboration, and delivering excellent results for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform collision repairs including body panel repair/replacement, frame work, and structural repairs
Diagnose damage and follow repair plans and estimates accurately
Repair, align, and replace damaged panels and components
Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking as needed
Use dealership tools, equipment, and repair information systems properly
Ensure all repairs meet Ford OEM specifications and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with estimators, advisors, and team members
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Previous experience as a Body Shop/Collision Repair Tech (dealership experience a plus).
Knowledge of frame repair, structural repair, and body panel replacement.
Familiarity with OEM repair procedures; Ford experience is a plus.
Ability to read and follow repair estimates and manufacturer guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
I-CAR certification and/or ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
