Our collision center specializes in repairing BMW, MINI Cooper, Toyota/Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Land Rover, Porsche and other vehicles.

Qualifications

About You

I-CAR certification is a plus, but we are willing to help the right technician continue their training.

• Has 3+ years of professional collision repair experience
• Can perform structural and non-structural repairs
• Has experience with panel replacement, welding, dent repair and vehicle reassembly
• Takes pride in accurate, high-quality repairs
• Can follow OEM repair procedures and safety requirements
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can work independently while being a team player
• Has a valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
• Is willing to continue learning and participate in manufacturer training

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Own a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivelant.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license.
