Bodyshop Technician Apprentice Job Responsibilities
• Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Learn and support body repair processes such as sanding, grinding, and panel prep
• Help with dent repair, panel alignment, and minor structural work
• Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including masking and cleaning surfaces
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace
• Follow all safety standards and manufacturer repair guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications
• Interest in automotive collision repair or hands on technical work
• Trade school or prior automotive/body shop exposure is a plus—but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, coachable, and motivated to build a career
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
