Body Shop Metal Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00/ Flat Rate Hourly (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work meets Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Verify parts for each repair and document all work and test results.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces daily.
• Road test vehicles to confirm successful repairs.
• Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques.
• Collaborate constructively with other team members.
• Promote safety and report any risks or concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive body/collision repair (preferred).
• Familiarity with body shop tools and equipment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and urgency.
• Great communication skills—written and verbal.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
