Body Shop Guest Experience Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests visiting our body shop, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their service experience.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in, vehicle intake, and answering any questions regarding their repair process.
• Coordinate repair timelines, communicate updates, and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with body shop technicians and advisors to manage schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in handling guest concerns or issues, striving to deliver a positive resolution quickly.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming guest waiting area.

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
Salary pay of $35,000-40,000/year based on relevant experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong preference for previous automotive experience and working with CCC and Tekion
