
The Senior Collision Estimator will handle the full estimating process from start to finish. This includes writing accurate estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring repairs are performed according to OEM and industry standards — all while delivering a top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on estimating experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
experience as an auto body/collision estimator.
Strong working knowledge of CCCOne (required) along with Mitchell Estimator
Solid understanding of collision repair processes, OEM procedures, and industry standards.
Ability to accurately assess both visible and hidden damages.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
Familiarity with insurance company guidelines and estimating protocols.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
