Specialized is advancing the future of human‑bike fit with Retül—and we’re hiring a Service & Production Support Associate to help power that future. In this role, you’ll blend frontline hardware support with production tasks to deliver reliable tools and experiences to shops worldwide. You’ll uphold safety and SOPs, maintain precise logs, and collaborate across teams to turn insights into action. Your craftsmanship and clear communication will turn issues into improvements, strengthen quality, and ensure every build performs as promised. Service Desk & Customer Support
Serve as the primary intake for hardware-related issues, repairs, and warranty requests.
Log, triage, and route incoming cases to technicians, vendors, or internal partners.
Perform basic hardware inspections and simple repairs after training.
Communicate updates to retailers, customers, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records for repairs, warranty cases, parts usage, and production logs.
Production & Manufacturing Support
Perform entry‑level production tasks including assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging.
Follow established SOPs and safety procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
What you need to Win
1 – 2 years of experience manufacturing, testing, and repairing physical products
Hands on experience with electronic assembly, firmware and software installation, and product testing is a plus
Familiar with mechanical, optical, and electronic products
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and consistently meet product creation timelines
You’re extremely detailed, organized, and excel in follow through
Ability to work both independently and within a tight-knit team
Experience in Microsoft Office applications
Curiosity to continually find a better way, humble approach to teamwork and a passion to aim for real innovation.
A passion for cycling or the outdoors is always a plus
This role is full-time in office in Morgan Hill, CA
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $40,555 - $64,482
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
