Body and Comfort Engineer

Activities:

• Lead technical development of Body Control Modules and related ECUs;
• Define and manage requirements for systems such as vehicle access, lighting, climate control, steering wheel, mirrors, and roof systems;
• Coordinate with system architecture teams to ensure seamless integration;
• Conduct feasibility studies, benchmark analysis, and homologation checks;
• Manage diagnostics, power mode strategies, and network communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet);
• Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other platforms;
• Support pre-delivery software verification and issue resolution;
• Participate in road tests and prototype evaluations as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in body electronics or comfort systems within the automotive sector;
• Strong knowledge of vehicle architecture, diagnostics and communication protocols;
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Familiarity with homologation processes and regulatory compliance;
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
