主要职责 Major role and responsibilities:
Safety in area, and follow safety guidelines, wear PPE properly;
Be compliant with rules and regulations;
Responsible for area 5S with guidance from mentor;
Follow the job arrangement and assignment from shift supervisor and the department. Get approval of the mentor/shift supervisor/area engineer before taking any action. Do not go to the production site nor enter the equipment area without accompany of the area operator(s). Do not operate the equipment on-site nor its controlling computer;
With guidance from the mentor, participate Board Mill’s daily production and operation at coating, reel, winder(incl. core processing & broke handling), and wrapping(incl. rewinder), BCTMP, learn and improve independent operation capabilities;
Ensure high efficiency of the machine, high quality of the product, and reduce energy consumption with guidance from the mentor;
Participate the area’s daily inspection and Autonomous Maintenance(AM) with guidance from the mentor;
Provide assistance to maintenance team during equipment’s mechanical/electrical/automation maintenance or reparing with guidance from the mentor;
Ensure product safety with guidance from the mentor;
Make timely reports to the mentor/shift supervisor on the observed problems and potential risks of product or machine;
Participate work assignments at board break or shut-down with guidance from the mentor;
Other works assigned the mentor/shift supervisor.

Education requirement: Junior College/Junior University degree, major in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, pulp & paper is an advantage;
Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, and English is an advantage;
Work in shifts;
Team player with good communication skills
Good willingness learn new knowledge and skills;
Good stress tolerance, ability to deal with situations, willingness to take more responsibilities.
