About the Position

We are looking for a part-time Chair/Country Manager to lead the local chapter of SelectionF.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-connected leader with a passion for networking, promoting female board leadership, commercial mindset, and staying closely aligned with the corporate governance agenda in their country.

As Chair/Country Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing the SelectionF concept to life in your market. You will lead local activities in close collaboration with your advisory board and with support from our central team (covering administration, operations and marketing). Your mission is to build a strong, engaged community of board-ready women and decision-makers.

You will coordinate with the SelectionF team to deliver membership activities and ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all members in your country.

This is more than a leadership role — it’s a chance to shape the future of boardroom diversity in the Nordics. Purpose is to build and develop the leading community of female board candidates in the Nordic Region. SelectionF is the most exclusive network for board women in the Nordics. Remuneration is equal to a board position.

• Ideally, you have led or been deeply involved in professional communities, networks, or learning platforms. You understand how to create engaging, high-quality experiences such as workshops, masterclasses, and events that drive value.
