Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology Physician

Location: Fargo VA Medical Center

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Call: None | Federal Holidays: Not required

Venesco LLC is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology Physician to provide comprehensive urological care at the Fargo VA Medical Center. This role supports our nation’s veterans through high-quality clinical and surgical services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state (North Dakota preferred)
• Board Certified / Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program (minimum 3 years surgical training)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Valid DEA license and NPI number
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Clean licensing history (no suspensions, revocations, or restrictions)

Candidates must provide:

• Copies of medical license(s)
• Board certification/eligibility documentation
• Degree(s) and accreditation(s)
• DEA certificate and NPI
• Malpractice insurance certificate
• Residency completion documentation
• BLS/ACLS certifications
• Annual OIG statement

Note: Incomplete submissions will be considered technically unacceptable.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Maximum 40 hours per week
• No on-call or holiday responsibilities
• Work performed on-site at Fargo VA Medical Center
• Must meet VA timeliness standards for patient care and consults
