Hybrid BCBA | $80,000–$100,000

Treetop ABA has officially expanded into Maryland, and we’re excited to welcome our first BCBA clinicians to the region! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization as we establish and build our presence in the state—while still benefiting from a strong clinical infrastructure, supportive leadership, and a hybrid service model.

If you’re a BCBA who values: high clinical and ethical standards, layers of clinical and operation support balanced with independence and autonomy, meaningful client impact, and the ability to help shape growth in a new market, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs
• Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency
• Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards

Requirements

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Maryland LBA
• Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
• A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care
