What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Asteri, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs designed to help children develop meaningful skills and greater independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Developing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
  • Overseeing and modifying treatment programs based on client progress
  • Analyzing clinical data to guide treatment decisions
  • Supervising and mentoring Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Monitoring treatment integrity and quality of service delivery
  • Providing ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support
  • Conducting caregiver education and parent training
  • Collaborating with families and members of the treatment team
  • Completing progress reports and required clinical documentation
  • Participating in clinical meetings and professional development
  • Ensuring treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards

What We're Looking ForRequired

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
  • Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
  • Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening
  • Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance

Preferred

  • Experience providing clinical supervision in home, community, or center-based ABA services
  • Experience supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, but not required
