Job Category: ManagementJoin Dominion Care as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In-Home, School-Age Focus!
Dominion Care invites you to be a part of a fun and supportive team environment where we focus on natural environment teaching and remain committed to our core values. We offer you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while working with a trusted and respected organization dedicated to quality care. As an award-winning, accredited organization, we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. We also prioritize work-life balance through flexible scheduling and offer incentive pay for any billable hours exceeding the 21-hour weekly expectation.
Dominion Care is a premier provider in which our passionate and innovative team will deliver sustainable, quality, whole-person care through a full continuum of therapeutic services to empower individuals in the development of skills necessary for success. We envision a society in which all people achieve their full potential for health, education, and well-being across the lifespan.
The Behavior Analyst acts as the primary clinical leader for a team of staff and a caseload of clients. A full caseload is considered to be approximately 100 scheduled hours per in-home clinician and approximately 200 scheduled hours for an EIBI clinician. The number of clients depends on the severity of the case and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The ability to lead and manage staff, provide clinical oversight and supervision, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times is critical for this position. Behavior Analysts are expected to hit their 21 billable hours weekly and work 40 hours a week. They will also ensure that all staff on their team are billing at their expected requirement. For clinicians, any billing over the 21 expected billable hours will be paid on the current incentive scale. #hotjob
