Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - hybrid In-center

Location: Albuquerque, NM Hybrid In center
Salary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses

Treetop ABA is expanding our presence in Albuquerque, and we’re seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support our families!

This hybrid role blends meaningful in-center client work with WFH potential.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
• Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
• Balance in-center support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
