Plum Behavioral Services is looking for a fun, compassionate, clinically strong BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that actually matters.

🌸 What You'll Do

✨ Supervise, mentor & cheer on your RBTs

✨ Review data and client progress

✨ Edit programs and develop meaningful goals

✨ Build genuine relationships with families

✨ Provide caregiver support and guidance

✨ Collaborate with a team that actually likes collaboration

✨ Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA

Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license as well.
