Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per billable hour

ABA Express is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven BCBA to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a dynamic environment where every day is different.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor paraprofessionals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Develop individualized curricula and behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with families and care teams
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Applicable state licensure/certification
• Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education
• Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
