Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position available 9/30/2026 - 6/30/2027

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
• Instructional Certificate preferred
• Experience with students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disabilities
• Ability to coordinate work of Registered Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
• Knowledge of least restrictive environment and inclusive education
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual and class-wide behavior systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The Middletown Township School District offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Terms of Employment:

• Terms pursuant to the MTEA Collective Bargaining agreement
• Salary range: $60,673 - $122,533 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits on the first day of hire.
