We’re actively hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs ) who are driven to make an impact and excited to grow with a company that values their passion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct Parent Training sessions
  • Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
  • Coordinate care with other professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
  • Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
