Job Description

BCBAs should have low billable hours, and a high salary commensurate with their education! Nova Supports, a quality provider of ABA services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who values flexibility, growth, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Your caseload will be small (20-25 weekly billable hours). Hours are flexible, being able to work from home when you aren't at the client's home. This is a hybrid in-person and work from home position, but you must be willing and have access to reliable transportation to get to client homes and the clinic within the Weber/Davis county area. This is not a remote position.

Compensation is salaried at $85,000 - $94,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload of 20 - 25 weekly billable hours.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing treatment plans and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and write detailed treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Coordinate with families to provide training, support, and updates on client progress.
  • Schedule and manage RBTs’ hours to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Work from home with flexible hours, visiting clients in their homes as needed.
  • Serve clients in Utah and Salt Lake counties, with efforts to streamline caseloads geographically over time.
  • Use company-provided MacBook and phone for work tasks.
  • Receive mileage reimbursement for client visits.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA supervising RBTs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Must pass a background check.

Perks:

  • Flexible hours and the ability to work from home when not visiting clients.
  • Opportunities for growth within a new and expanding company.
  • Company-provided MacBook and phone.
  • Mileage reimbursement for client visits.
