Key Qualifications:
BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the certification exam
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
A strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
Collaborating with families, school, etc. as needed
Submitting report and plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
