We provide comprehensive care for adolescents adults who are struggling with substance abuse, addiction, and a wide range of mental health disorders.

Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital, which is located in Memphis, Tennessee, is a state-of-the-art treatment facility that offers age-appropriate care for adults and seniors of all genders. Programming at our hospital in western Tennessee includes inpatient treatment for adults and seniors, along with outpatient services for adults. We serve individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as those who are struggling with substance use disorders. Our senior inpatient program also offers customized treatment for older adults with specific age-related concerns. Each person who is entrusted to our care follows a personalized treatment plan.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement and oversee ABA programming

  • Deliver direct ABA services to patients

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including ADOS and other specialized evaluations

  • Facilitate daily interdisciplinary team meetings

  • Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and pursue ongoing professional growth

  • Attend required meetings, trainings, and annual in-services

  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards

  • Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans

  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations

  • Clinical competence in providing high-quality ABA services in a structured setting

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates Trains new staff on ABA techniques Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement Facilitates daily team meetings Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in atimely manner Participates in performance improvement activities Follows all hospital policies and procedures Must maintain license or certification in good standing Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisorOTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience with working with adolescent population Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered byfacility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
