The ideal candidates will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with educational teams to improve students’ behavioral, social, functional, and academic outcomes.

Requirements:
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional vision and learning media assessments to determine educational impact.
• Provide direct instruction and implement appropriate material adaptations to support academic access.
• Recommend, implement, and support assistive technology solutions for students with visual impairments.
• Collaborate with Orientation & Mobility specialists and classroom teachers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations to support student success.
• Any other duties as assigned.
