Receptionist

At BMW of Ridgefield, you can expect to work with a team of dedicated, professional individuals in a supportive, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

In this full-time role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients - creating a welcoming and professional experience both in person and over the phone. This full-time position includes Saturdays, with Sundays off and one weekday off on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and showroom area
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
• Support various departments with clerical duties

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
